Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12PM will be processed the same day, excluding holidays, and will typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after 12PM on Thursday will be shipped the following week. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number.
For domestic orders, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery after receiving your tracking information. For international orders, please allow up to 25 business days for delivery.
Please note that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If you wish to make a return, please email us at vida@vivohandmade.com with your order number, and we will provide you with a return label.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. There are specific situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
*Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refun Policy
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
*Check your bank account again.
*Contact your credit card company; refunds may take some time to be processed and posted.
*Contact your bank; there may be additional processing time required.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vida@vivohandmade.com.
