Local Orders (Bacolod):

• Orders will be shipped after payment is confirmed
• Delivery time: 2-3 days after placing order
• You will receive a notification with tracking number
• We ship via LBC

Domestic Orders (Philippines):

• Shipping fee will be calculated after placing order
• You will receive an email within the day regarding shipping fees
• Delivery will be booked after payment confirmation
• Estimated delivery time: Up to 6 business days after receiving tracking information

International Orders:

• Estimated delivery time: 15-20 days (may be extended during holidays)
• Recipient is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed
• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost
